How we Ship

In stock orders are shipped in 2-3 business days, Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays.

Standard shipping on orders to US including Hawaii and Alaska. All orders are shipped USPS which includes tracking without signature.

Delivery Cost and Times

$7.95 Standard Shipping – Estimated Delivery 2-5 business days

Free shipping on orders over $99.00 – Estimated Delivery 2-5 business days

Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, weather delays, etc. Addresses in remote areas my require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

Cancellations

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to [email protected] right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Returns 

We want you to be happy with your Sweetrocks. If not, you can return qualifying item(s) for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date. Contact us at [email protected] and we will send you all the steps to process your refund. Returns outside of 30 days are subject to credit only

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and in new condition
• In their original package
• Sale items are FINAL SALE

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to Sweetrocks will be the responsibility of the customer. COD packages will not be accepted. Returns are sent to our office in Los Angeles, CA.
